About this site

This is the marketing website for TrialVerity, an early-stage technology platform under development. The site is informational and is used to describe the product concept and to speak with potential design partners.

Information you provide

If you complete the design-partner form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, work email, company, role, organization type, selected workflow challenges, and any notes about your workflow. Information submitted through the form may be used to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• evaluate potential design-partner participation; and
• communicate with you about TrialVerity.

If you reach the site through a campaign link, the non-identifying campaign tags on that link (UTM parameters) and the referring website may be included with your submission so we can understand which outreach it came from. These describe a campaign, not a person, and are not used for advertising.

How submissions are handled

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email using a third-party email provider (Resend). We may also send you an acknowledgment email confirming that your inquiry was received. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, add you to a newsletter, or subscribe you to marketing email. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of who we have spoken with.

Essential site functionality

Some technologies are required for the website to work — for example, serving pages, remembering your privacy choice, and protecting the design-partner form from spam. These are always active and cannot be turned off, because the site would not function without them. They are not used for advertising.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it. Analytics only runs after you choose “Accept Analytics” on the consent banner. If you choose “Essential Only,” no analytics is loaded and nothing is sent to PostHog.

When analytics is enabled, the information collected is limited to aggregate website-usage data, such as:

• pages viewed on this site, the page address (without any query string), and the page title;
• the website or domain you arrived from, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) on the link you followed;
• general device and browser information that PostHog provides automatically (for example browser family and device type);
• approximate location (such as country or region) that PostHog derives during normal analytics processing.

We use this only to see aggregate traffic, understand where visitors come from, and measure interest in the design-partner program. We do not use analytics for advertising, ad targeting, cross-site tracking, or building advertising profiles, and we do not enable session recording.

Analytics data should never contain clinical data, patient information, protected health information (PHI), the contents of the design-partner form, your name, or your email address. The site is configured to exclude those from analytics, and the administrative and proof-of-concept areas of the site are not covered by website analytics at all. We have also asked PostHog to discard raw IP addresses; TrialVerity does not store raw IP addresses for analytics.

Changing your choice

Your preference is stored locally in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the Privacy Choices link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and opts your browser out in PostHog. Because the choice is stored only in your browser, clearing your browser storage will reset it and the consent banner will appear again.

This section describes how the website works. It is not a legal or regulatory certification, and nothing here should be read as a claim of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or FDA compliance.
